Truffled Almonds
Ingridients
Raw, peeled Almonds |
Mild olive oil |
Sea Salt |
Grated Truffle |
Method
Coat almonds with olive oil (or almond oil, if you have some). Sprinkle with sea salt and a fresh grating of truffle and roast in a slow oven, checking frequently until the right level of crunch is achieved. Shave on a bit more fresh truffle just before service.
