3-4 sizeable leeks4-6 potatoes1-2 quarts chicken brothSalt and white pepper, if possibleChives, to taste1 ounce grated truffle 

A dozen sunchokes3-4 potatoes1-2 quarts chicken broth(homemade if possible)Salt and white pepper , to tasteA few knobs butter or a few teaspoons heavy cream1 ounce grated truffle 

1 onion1-2 carrots2 cups lentils4 cups chicken broth(or more if needed)A few cloves1 cup heavy creamSalt and pepper, to taste1 ounce truffle , grated1-2 bay leaves
