1-1 1/2 cups milk
60% dark chocolate, to taste
Grated truffle , to taste

Method

Melt chocolate in a saucepan with a little water. Add milk, stirring all the while, and heat slowly, removing just as milk begins to bubble around the edges. Serve steaming hot, garnished with hand-whipped cream (just plain; no sugar) and topped with a grating of truffle.
